The colorful Malwa Utsav is held at Lalbag Premises in Indore. The festival is famous for its richness, traditional flavour, grandeur and shopping extravaganza. It is a cultural gala where melodious music and glittering cultural programs entertain the audience.
Every year, the Malwa Utsav is organized by Lok Sanskriti Manch. Heavy ornamentation is the speciality of the Utsav. The Utsav is organized to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of India. Dance, music, sparkling ornaments make the festival truly attractive.
The fair displays handicraft items from various corners of the country like carpets from Bhadoi, iron monuments from Bastar or shoes from Jodhpur. The festival does not disappoint the children either. There are several recreational activities like camel riding, elephant riding, horse riding etc.
